We built one trilingual operating view on the Cloudflare edge: a Q2 operations brief with live FX rates and export KPIs; a PO/SO pipeline from draft → confirmed → picking → shipping → customs → delivered; FEFO inventory across five warehouses in three cities with batch/expiry and days-left alerts; a trade-document desk with auto-channelled (green/yellow/red) customs declarations; shipment tracking; multi-currency AR/AP finance; and a reports module with revenue-by-market and margin-by-category analytics — backed by Cloudflare D1 so actions persist across the demo.
