Warehouses run on spreadsheets, disconnected scanners and paper pick-lists — managers have no live view of dock status, bin occupancy or picker throughput, and a single mis-routed wave or out-of-FEFO pick ripples into late shipments. Proving a calm, real-time control tower that an operator can actually drive is what opens a logistics conversation.
We built a single control tower on the Cloudflare edge: an executive overview streaming inventory, accuracy, throughput and utilisation KPIs with a real-time activity feed; a custom-SVG warehouse digital twin colour-coding every bin by state (available, active pick, putaway, capacity warning, returns); wave-based picking with AI-optimised pick paths and scan confirmation; ASN/dock inbound with QC gates; and 30+ interlinked modules — backed by Cloudflare D1 and a deterministic seed so the whole floor behaves like production.
