DataInsight's analytics dashboard had grown organically over five years, resulting in inconsistent UI patterns, poor accessibility scores, and a steep learning curve for new users. Customer satisfaction surveys revealed that 60% of users found the dashboard confusing, and support ticket volume was increasing quarterly. The company needed a redesign that would unify the experience without disrupting existing power users' workflows.

We began with a thorough UX audit and user research phase, conducting 30+ interviews and analyzing usage telemetry to understand real user behaviors. From this, we created a comprehensive design system in Figma with 200+ components, clear typography scales, and an accessible color palette meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
