Proving a calm, realtime command center that fuses MES, OEE, maintenance and AI into one view is what opens a manufacturing conversation.
We built a realtime smart-factory OS on the Cloudflare edge: an executive dashboard streaming OEE, output, machine status and AI-detected bottlenecks; an MES command center showing every line's current work order, cycle/takt and OEE live; an interactive SVG digital twin colour-coding each zone by state with downtime heatmaps and material-flow status; OEE analytics decomposing Availability × Performance × Quality with loss waterfalls; plus quality, predictive maintenance and a tablet shop-floor UI — wired for Durable Object WebSocket pipelines in production.
