ToanKhonTech provides web design, mobile app development, blockchain solutions, UI/UX design, cloud consulting, and related digital services. All services are subject to a separate project agreement or statement of work.
Project Agreements
Each project is governed by a project agreement that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. Work begins only after mutual agreement and initial payment as specified in the agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with milestone-based payments throughout the project. All prices are subject to the scope defined in the agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all deliverables including source code, designs, and documentation. ToanKhonTech retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. All team members sign NDAs. We will not share your project details, business information, or data with any third party without your explicit consent.
Warranty & Support
All projects include a warranty period (30 days for websites, 90 days for mobile apps) covering defects and bugs. Extended support is available through our maintenance packages.
Limitation of Liability
ToanKhonTech's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then through arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City if necessary.
