Luxury spas lose bookings to friction — phone queues, no 24/7 availability, and generic booking widgets that break brand immersion. A spa client expects the booking experience to feel as considered as the treatment itself; a clunky third-party form undermines the premium positioning before the guest arrives.
We built a fully branded availability calendar using react-day-picker with a custom ivory/sage theme. Selecting a treatment and date reveals a therapist roster filtered by specialisation. Stripe handles the deposit payment step inline. Gift voucher purchase flows are handled in the same checkout pipeline, making upsell natural rather than intrusive.
