CHIK:ON / SEOUL / AFTER DARK
An appetite for the night.
Seoul after dark. Crisp chicken. Its own rhythm.
Explore the experience
ToanKhonTech designed CHIK:ON, an interactive F&B website combining food imagery, an animated identity and original music with a journey into flavour and sample meal selection.

01 / The brief
An appetite begins on the screen.
A fried chicken identity needs to suggest crunch, heat and the pleasure of gathering around a table. CHIK:ON sets its food against a Seoul night: warm lamps, dark streets and red sauce. Visitors follow a journey from kitchen to table, or use chapter navigation to move directly to the part that interests them.

02 / The expression
One drumstick. A mark to remember.
A drumstick replaces the I in CHIK:ON. Sauce flows into the two red dots, then the O opens onto the food scene. Identity, motion and the original Seoul Sugar Rush track share one idea. Music starts only when visitors choose it; silent entry and a sound toggle remain available.

Images carry the story
Six chapters connect the street, kitchen, crisp coating, sauce, three flavours and the table. Illustrative artwork and short videos keep the food at the centre.
Sound stays optional
An original track loops quietly in the background. Sound and muted entry are clearly offered upfront, with a sound control throughout the journey.
Discovery leads to selection
Original Crunch, Soy Garlic and Red Heat lead into two- or four-person portions. A sample confirmation reflects the selection, showing where real ordering could connect in a commercial implementation.
TOANKHONTECH / Concept, imagery, music & web development
A consistent expression, end to end.
CHIK:ON is a ToanKhonTech demonstration project, not an operating restaurant accepting orders. Food imagery is illustrative. This version has no payment processing, order management, real store directory or measured commercial conversion results.
- Drumstick identity and sauce artwork in SVG
- Food imagery and video with a shared visual direction
- Original Seoul Sugar Rush brand track
- Six chapters with direct navigation
- Flavour, portion and sample order confirmation
- Desktop/mobile layouts, keyboard checks and HTTPS deployment
